Das Haus war für 4 Personen ideal. Der untere Bereich mit Wohnraum, Esszimmer und Küche ist großzügig. Nach oben hin wird es enger, aber gemütlich. Ein sehr altes aber gepflegtes Haus. Parken des PKW war in der Regel sehr nah am Haus möglich. Der Gartenbereich ist abgeschlossen/umzäunt und somit ideal für einen Hund. Pubs sind fußläufig zu erreichen. Canterbury liegt quasi um die Ecke und ist absolut lohnenswert.
Nicht vom Vermieter zu beeinflussen: Die Mengen an Tauben schreien den ganzen Tag über. Im unteren Wohnbereich riecht es schon deutlich nach Hund; uns fiel das vor allem deshalb auf, weil unser kleiner Hund "nicht nach Hund riecht".

Fabulous position, lots of restaurants within easy walk. Faversham is a lovely market town and a good centre for visiting Canterbury and the Kentish coastline

The cottage was beautiful, full of history and character. It was beautifully furnished and had everything we needed. It was in a perfect location, right in the centre of Faversham but also far enough away from the shops and bars to be peaceful. The garden was lovely too. We had lots if rain during our stay so we didn’t do as much exploring of the area as we had hoped but it didn’t matter because the cottage was so cosy and such a lovely place to be.

Set in a delightful part of Faversham - close to both the creek and the centre - this really is a gorgeous cottage. Equipped brilliantly for families with care and attention to detail I can guarantee you will love it!
Nothing for us but if you aren’t fleet of foot the staircase will be a challenge!
