Muy buena ubicación, bares a 4 cuadras , el shopping a 9 cuadras , el centro a 15min caminando , la playa a 1 cuadra . Excelente!

La ubicación impecable. A metros de la playa y a unas cuadras del paseo comercial de olavarria/Güemes. Cerca de la peatonal. Ubicacion privilegia. El edificio es antiguo pero el depto esta restaurado a nuevo con todas las comodidades. Moderno, bien equipado, dispone de anafe electrico y todos los utensillos para cocinar. Tambien tiene Wifi y smart Tv. Wally el dueño siempre atento a que tuvieramos todo en orden. Recomendado.
No es un defecto del departamento en si, pero es una zona complicada para estacionar si estas en auto. Es un depto chico, para 2 personas de vacaciones va excelente. Si bien no tenia aire acondicionado, no nos hizo falta, no es un depto caluroso y la cercania al mar le da buena ventilación.
