La zona muy pero muy adecuada, yo diria inmejorable...logico siempre hay cosas x mejorar... Pero en general estadia puntuada de 1 al 10....8,5...muy buena tirando a excelente.
Faltaria mejorar el acondicionamiento...por ejemplo colocar ventiladores de techo, integrar un calefon en lugar de termotanque, cambiar la cocina, y un poco de mantenimiento, pero en cuestiones generales como dije arriba puntuacion para mi familia y x mi : 8,5 puntos.
