Upstairs Apartment with Piton View in Soufriere

Clean & spacious apartment with a very well equipped kitchen and a decent shower. Good communication with hosts. Ideal location in Soufriere with restaurants nearby and lovely beach just a couple of minutes walk away. The balcony has a gorgeous view of the Petit Piton.

It was great to stay in the town of Soufriere amongst the people of Saint Lucia, waking up to roosters crowing instead of at a resort with tourists for the first half of our trip. The view from the balcony of the Pitons was exceptional and everything was within a few minutes walk- great local beach with no crowds. Portia was a very communicative and welcoming host.

Nothing really. Could have used a blanket in the bedrooms instead of just sheets.

My stay at Upstairs Apartments was Absolutely Fantastic! The 2-bed apartment is spacious, homely, quiet, safe & very clean. It has a fully equipped kitchen – actually – fully equipped Everything! The bread, eggs, water & a couple of beers was a nice surprise much appreciated. The apartment is part of a beautiful brightly coloured neighbourhood and the location is perfect! It’s a less than 10min walk to the local beach where there are a few café/bars and the locals are friendly and helpful and it has a calm sea, authentic relaxed vibe. Even nicer are Porchia & her husband (the owners). I met them both separately randomly and had chats - which was not at all intrusive - in fact it was lovely to put a face to people who had responded to every message I sent, ahead of my ‘Solo 60+ trip’. Self check-in was smooth. They even brought me over a home-cooked Sunday dinner which was the tastiest meal I’ve had in the longest time!. … how lovely is that? I’m still touched by their kind gesture. I Highly recommend this apartment and would re-book without hesitation. I’m actually looking at dates in Feb27 to bring my daughter and grandsons.
