La Isleta Nest Hostel

I had a wonderful stay at Nest Hostel in Las Palmas and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting Gran Canaria. I initially arrived with five other women, and we stayed in the 9-bed female dorm. The room was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. In fact, the entire hostel was spotless and had a fresh, modern feel, as it appears to be a newer property. The staff were fantastic from the moment we arrived. Everyone was welcoming, friendly, and accommodating. The manager was great throughout my stay, and the cleaning lady was incredibly sweet. It was clear that the team genuinely cared about making guests feel comfortable and at home. The location was also very convenient. The beach was only about a 10-minute walk away, and there were plenty of restaurants, bars, and shops nearby. It was easy to get around and enjoy everything the area has to offer. Overall, my experience was excellent. Between the clean facilities, wonderful staff, and great location, Nest Hostel made my stay in Las Palmas very enjoyable. I would definitely stay here again.

I enjoyed my stay at Nest Hostel so much that I decided to extend it. After my friends checked out, I ended up having the room to myself, which felt like having a private room for part of my stay! The staff were absolutely amazing from start to finish. Everyone was friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help with anything I needed. They really made me feel comfortable and at home. One thing that stands out for me when I travel is the quality of the showers, and Nest Hostel definitely delivered. The showers were excellent, with great water pressure and plenty of hot water. The washrooms were always clean, and the rooms were kept spotless as well. Overall, everything was well organized, comfortable, and accommodating. Between the cleanliness, the fantastic staff, and the great facilities, I had a wonderful experience. I would happily stay here again and highly recommend it to other travelers visiting Las Palmas.

WiFi dobrá. Žádný štěnice. Blízkost autobusový stanice Manuel Becerra (Puerto). Lidi asi v pohodě. Byl to poslední volnej hostel objednávanej v den příletu v Las Palmas. Za ty peníze to asi odpovídá.

Nejhorší postele co jsem v životě viděl. 3patrová palanda ve který si člověk v prvním nebo druhém patře ani nesedne, navíc extrémně rozvrzaný. Aspoň mají závěs. Pro uschování věcí sice jsou malé skříňky, ale není možný si půjčit nebo koupit zámek. Místnost se sprchama není oddělená dveřma. Vyšší člověk se na záchodě pomalu ani nezavře, protože dveře od záchodu dělí fakt hodně málo místa. V "místnosti pro práci" není elektrická zásuvka. Lokalita La Isleta je taková trochu rough, na ulicích žebráci co žebrají i o rozjedenej kus kebabu. Las Palmas je poměrně velký město takže je třeba počítat s tím, že např. do historickýho centra je potřeba jet autobusem. Celkově to místo působí zvláštně. Jako by ho provozovali lidi co nikdy neviděli jak vypadá provozování ubytování. Nechápu proč to má vyšší hodnocení než ostatní hostely za stejnou cenu? To mi trochu smrdí. Je možný si všimnout, že jiný ubytování od stejnýho provozovatele "Las Palmas Nest Hostel" má hodnocení mnohem nižší. Je možný že prostě jenom nejsem cílovka, ale spíš bych doporučil se poohlídnout po něčem jiným, je-li to možný.
