    เป็นการเข้าพักที่ไม่ได้นอนเลยทั้งคืน ผนังห้องบางมาก ห้องไม่สามารถกันเสียงรบกวนจากภายนอกได้เลย ได้ยินเสียงห้องข้างบนเดินและพูดคุยกัน ได้ยินเสียงห้องข้างๆตอนเข้าห้องน้ำชัดเจน และได้ยินเสียงคนเดินผ่านหน้าห้องแม้ว่าแขกเหล่านั้นจะไม่ได้พูดคุยกันดังแต่ก็ได้ยินบทสนทนาชัดเจน ที่พักใหม่ สะอาด พนักงานพูดจาแนะนำดีมาก แต่เป็นการนอนที่ไม่มีความสุขเลย สะดุ้งตื่นเพราะเสียงเหล่านั้นตลอดทั้งคืน (เหตุการณ์ทั้งหมดยังไม่นับรวมที่แขกบางห้องมากันเป็นกลุ่มใหญ่มีการตะโกนคุยกันอีก แบบนี้ยิ่งได้ยินชัด)

    Booked on the same day that we want to check in although confirmed from Agoda but actually this hotel room already fully booked luckily the owner of this hotel help my family to find another hotel to stay (although the hotel room not as good as what we book but we don’t have other option and need to accept for that arrangement, I hope Agoda can improve their system so that same issue not happen in future)
