The staff were brilliant. Khan, the front of house manager contacted me before check-in, to make sure everything was seamless. The rooftop pool was amazing. Welcomed by all managers, who spoken to us on a daily basis to ensure we were content with our stay.
The rooftop pool and rooftop dining was sometimes unavailable, due to events being held there.

The staff make the experience here. I was lucky that there weren’t many guests so I had a lot of contact with the staff. They were very friendly and couldn’t do enough for you. The view from the room and rooftop pool looking onto the lake was a bonus. Chef was excellent and actually asked what I wanted for dinner every night. Great service.
I left a note for the management with some improvements to consider. The hotel is new so a few teething problems but they are very quick to rectify.

Good facility, and lovely location. Staff very friendly and attentive. Room and food in restaurant were good.
Difficult to get to and isolated - dining and leisure activities limited.
Very noisy on Saturday night.
Staff inexperienced.
