Very elegant and comfortable apartment, ground floor overlooking a private open veranda with large communal garden, 2 bedrooms with built-in wardrobes and comfortable beds with memory mattress, bathrooms with two large showers and bathtub, elegantly furnished living room  customized, modern kitchen equipped with every comfort, the apartment has just been renovated in September 2017. The apartment directly overlooks the cross-country ski runs which in summer turn into golf courses and pastures for animals, ideal for holidays  in the name of nature.  From here it is possible to do many walks every day you can change routes, who is interested in Zuoz you can rent Horses for daily excursion.  Those interested can also rent bicycles to do all the low Enghadina with the bicycle you can visit the whole valley and go to the edge of the lakes and very beautiful Excursion possibilities: What mountains. What lakes. What light! Whether on the 580km (360 miles) of hiking paths strewn over all the mountains or by mountain bike along 400km (250 miles) of fabulous trails: the Upper Engadin offers a superb network of paths and trails amidst an unspoilt Alpine landscape and the inspiring lake plateau. Four flow trails on the Corviglia guarantee a perfect flow. Equally popular among sports enthusiasts are the Upper Engadin lakes; kiting, sailing, windsurfing, stand up paddling – the possibilities are virtually endless. The expanse of the inspiring high-lying valley can be experienced in a particularly striking way on the two 18-hole golf courses in Samedan and Zuoz. And besides the wide range of sporting options, visitors can take advantage of the first-class cultural activities on offer, such as a visit to a museum or to one of the numerous art galleries in the various villages.   In winter, the ski areas of Corviglia, Corvatsch, Diavolezza and family friendly Zuoz invite ski and snowboard enthusiasts to revel in 350 kilometres (218 miles) of the finest powder snow. Cross-country skiers will find over 220km (137 miles) of perfectly groomed trails in the Upper Engadin and the side valleys. The winter hiking paths and cross-country ski trails on the frozen Upper Engadin lakes are characterised by their light, sunshine and space amidst inspiring Alpine scenery. Those who would like to enjoy the tranquillity and beauty of the snow-covered forests can explore the side valleys of Val Roseg, Val Fex or Val Bever on 150 kilometres (90 miles) of winter hiking paths.
