The apartment is located on the upper floor of a horse stable, making it the perfect place for horse lovers. Due to its location in a stable, some odor emissions are to be expected. Around the stable, there are also free-range paddocks and stable operations are ongoing.
The apartment is just a few meters from Samedan Airport, offering an ideal starting point for extensive walks. The cross-country ski tracks in the direction of Plaiv, Pontresina, Celerina and St. Moritz are just a few steps away.
