Beautiful, spacious luxury first-floor apartment of a house newly built in 2017 in the middle of the small, Mediterranean fishing village "Sveta Marina". The region is known for its extremely clean sea water and naturalness. You will find the first swimming opportunity only 2 minutes away on foot. The apartment is very comfortable, equipped with modern, high quality interior and kitchen and offers a breathtaking view of the open sea and the quiet bay. It has a large living / dining area and 2 separate bedrooms, each with its own spacious bathroom. Private parking spaces available, a buoy for mooring boats can be provided depending on availability and prior agreement. The equipment and the location of this apartment certainly make it one of the top offers in this region. SmartTV, WiFi, Satellite TV are available. Other leisure facilities: The beach in the village is still not overcrowded, you never have to fear that you can no longer "put a towel in between". A few minutes walk and you will always find a quiet place to devote yourself entirely to sunbathing. Along the entire coast towards Ravni, the next town in the south, there is a road directly along the sea, past picturesque empty bays. All subsequent bays around Sveta Marina can be easily reached on foot. Sveta Marina is not only predestined for pure relaxation. Sports addicts also get their money's worth here: Pack your diving equipment: The diving schools located in Sveta Marina are among the best known and most renowned in Europe. From the front door to your return - it is a real pleasure to drive here. However, the region really has it in itself and is more suitable for demanding cyclists. Steep climbs, kilometers of paved roads through almost untouched nature, panoramic views over the entire Kvarner Bay, many picturesque towns on the coast or in the hinterland, traditional taverns and gostionas (rustic inns with delicious food and good wine) leave the race biker the heart beat faster. The many hiking trails can also be easily ridden on a mountain bike. The numerous, very well signposted routes (including GPS / GPX downloads) that can be called up on your smartphone by the Croatian Tourist Board (app. GPS / GPX) stretch across the entire hilly landscape in the region.
