Villa Sandra is a perfect beach vacation, only 2 km from the beach, surrounded by nature and offers the best feeling for your relaxation.
Private pool, private grill, terrace in front of the pool, beautiful view of the green forests and the sea - everything you need!
The interior is spacious, beautiful and carefully decorated. The kitchen is fully equipped with all cutlery, appliances and dishes.
There are 3 bathrooms and 3 beautiful bedrooms, all air-conditioned, calm and relaxing.
The house can accommodate up to 8 people.
Private parking on property. WiFi is available throughout the house.
For families with children there is a cot and high chair.

Very nice, spacious house with good pool too and good outdoor area.
Communication with the owner was good and easy. Stayed with my wife, kids and mum. We enjoyed the house and the area.

We had a very nice time. The house was really very clean and well furnished.
We received a very friendly welcome from the hosts with delicious cakes.
Unfortunately, the two weeks went by way too fast, but this was certainly not our last vacation in Istria.
Many thanks again to the lovely hosts who made their villa available to us for an unforgettable vacation.

Das Haus ist gut gepflegt, hat wirklich alles was man braucht und die Vermieter sind super nett und hilfsbereit. Auch die Lage ist wunderschön, toller Ausblick vom Balkon, das Meer ist wunderbar, Supermarkt und die schöne Altstadt Labin sind nur 20 Min mit dem Auto entfernt.
Enttäuscht war ich, da das Foto nicht mehr der Realität entspricht. Der Ort erlebt gerade einen Bauboom mit vielen Baustellen auch direkt nebenan sowie etwas Bau-Geräuschen hier und da. Habe nicht gut schlafen kœnnen in den Betten, und im Untergeschoss fehlt entweder Klimaanlage oder Insektenschutz vor den Fenstern (einen Tod stirbt man sonst immer). Daher insgesamt etwas Punktabzug.
Noch ein paar Hinweise: Für Hunde ist die Gegend m.E. nicht wirklich geeignet, da es kaum gute Wege zum Spazieren gibt. Ebenfalls ist der Garten nicht eingezãunt, was evtl mit Hunden oder kleinen Kindern wichtig wäre. Eine tolle Delphintour hatten wir von Pula aus, die in Rabac kann ich nicht empfehlen.
