Within 5 minutes walking distance you can reach the skiing area, which leads to Marguns and Corviglia (St.Moritz). In summer as well as in winter it is an ideal starting point for hikes and sports activities (all skiing, ice skating, biking, tennis) in the region. The 3.5 room apartment, located on the first floor and refurbished in 2022, is characterised by its warm and cosy style. It has a living room with kitchen, two double bedrooms, two bathrooms and a terrace. In the living room is the dining table, a relaxation corner with sofa and armchair as well as the well-equipped kitchen (from the Bialetti-moka pot to the caquelon for fondue as well as oil, vinegar, spices, tea and coffee). One bedroom has a double bed (160x200), a wardrobe and a table for working. The second bedroom has two beds, one for single or double use (140x200) and one for single use (80x190). The terrace is equipped with an outdoor table as well as deck chairs (in Summer). In the cellar you can store ski/snowboard equipment or bicycles as well as use the laundry room equipped with a washing machine and dryer.
