Entrance hall with cloakroom, bright living room with sitting area, sofa, TV, access to the balcony with beautiful mountain views. Modern small kitchen, equipped with high-quality appliances: refrigerator with freezer compartment and 3 additional separate freezer compartments, dishwasher, induction cooktop, oven, electric kettle, toaster, and Chicco d'Oro coffee machine. One double bedroom. A second bedroom with two bunk beds and a single bed. Bathroom with bathtub/toilet/bidet, additional guest toilet. One garage parking space.

There is a communal laundry room in the house. Pets are not allowed.

Chesa Allegra is an apartment building in a quiet and sunny location. About 150 m from the house, tennis courts in summer and an ice rink in winter invite you to enjoy sporting activities.
