The house is situated in an absolutely peaceful location on a small headland in the charming suburb of Stångehamn - surrounded by nature, rocks and sea air. The popular Åsvallesund bathing spot is just a 5-minute walk away - perfect for a refreshing dip or relaxing hours in the sun by the sea. A rowing boat is available for you directly at the hotel's own jetty. The sheltered bay is ideal for fishing trips and short discovery tours of the offshore archipelago islands. Completely renovated and refurbished in 2023, the house offers a high level of comfort on around 160 m². It has 4 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, a living and dining room with fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen with pantry, dishwasher, hob, oven, fridge and microwave as well as a washing machine and tumble dryer. When it rains, the covered conservatory offers a cosy retreat with a view of the natural garden with its rocky landscape. The property is located in a quiet cul-de-sac, with plenty of distance from the neighbours - ideal for anyone looking for peace, nature and relaxation.
