Welcome to our spacious holiday home in the picturesque Oskarshamn archipelago, just 200 metres from the Baltic Sea. The house is situated in an absolutely peaceful location on a small headland in the charming suburb of Stångehamn - surrounded by nature, rocks and sea air.
The popular Åsvallesund bathing spot is just a 5-minute walk away - perfect for a refreshing dip or relaxing hours in the sun by the sea. A rowing boat is available for you directly at the hotel's own jetty. The sheltered bay is ideal for fishing trips and short discovery tours of the offshore archipelago islands.
Completely renovated and refurbished in 2023, the house offers a high level of comfort on around 160 m². It has 4 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, a living and dining room with fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen with pantry, dishwasher, hob, oven, fridge and microwave as well as a washing machine and tumble dryer.
Outside you will find a newly built, wood-fired sauna (Nov. 2024) with panoramic windows and a view of the Baltic Sea as well as a large west-facing terrace with outdoor kitchen - ideal for atmospheric sunsets. A second, smaller terrace on the east side invites you to enjoy breakfast in the sun in the morning. When it rains, the covered conservatory offers a cosy retreat with a view of the natural garden with its rocky landscape.
The property is located in a quiet cul-de-sac, with plenty of distance from the neighbours - ideal for anyone looking for peace, nature and relaxation.

Oskarshamn (6 km): Charming harbour town with cafés, restaurants and shops
Kalmar (1 hour): Lively university town with castle, old town and shopping mile
Gotland: Ferry from Oskarshamn, 3.5 hours to Visby - well worth the journey!
Öland island: Accessible in summer by ferry or all year round via Kalmar - nature, beach & royal house
Vimmerby (1.5 hours): Home of Astrid Lindgren with "Astrid Lindgrens Värld"
Västervik (1 hour): Harbour town with archipelago, boat tours and gastronomy
Stensjö By: Historic village from the 18th century - perfect for an excursion with a visit to a café
