About this house rental
The house features a garden, a shared lounge, and a terrace, and offers accommodations in Oskarshamn with free Wi-Fi and views of the city. This villa offers free private parking, and there is also guest parking available for visitors.
The spacious kitchen can accommodate a large dining group and opens onto a cozy living room. Five cozy bedrooms are spread across both floors and are perfect for a large family with children of all ages. Additionally, the house features a bright bathroom on the first floor with comfortable underfloor heating and a jacuzzi for relaxing moments. The bathroom on the upper floor features a refreshing shower and is also equipped with comfortable underfloor heating.
The home also features a separate laundry room with large work surfaces to simplify everyday chores, and there is an additional entrance here as well.
Right next to the house is a lovely playground where you can spend many hours with the children. Here, you can live freely and comfortably, with both nature and the sea right on your doorstep. You’ll also have the opportunity to go for a jog in the fresh air all year round. Other beautiful spots by the sea include the cliffs of Ernemar and Gunnarsö.
On Kristineberg’s fitness trail, there is an OCR course open to the public that anyone can use at any time; here, you can also go for a jog in the fresh air all year round. Other beautiful places by the sea include the cliffs of Ernemar and Gunnarsö. Gunnarsö, with its walking trails, is just a 10–15-minute walk away. Gunnarsö also offers camping, mini-golf, and a very nice restaurant that is open during the summer months. With excellent access via bike paths, buses, and roads, this area is about a 10-minute drive from the city center.
The train station is 2.8 km away, and the airport (Kalmar Öland Airport) is 73 km from the house.
