Chalet 40 is a fully equipped holiday home set within the peaceful Silver Ranch estate, surrounded by large, beautifully maintained privately owned garden grounds. The homes are arranged in a single row around a secure, fenced game enclosure, creating a sense of both openness and privacy. Thoughtfully furnished, the chalet offers uncluttered accommodation for up to eight guests, with three ground-floor bedrooms and a spacious loft that doubles as a playroom for children. All living areas and the three bedrooms are on one level with step-free access, making it ideal for families and guests of all ages. To ease the inconvenience of load shedding, the chalet is equipped with a wired 5 kVA inverter. And while Plettenberg Bay enjoys a mild, temperate climate, a powerful 36,000 BTU air conditioning unit—installed in 2025—ensures comfort during occasional extremes in summer and winter. The heart of the home is its open-plan living area, combining a comfortable lounge, dining space, and a fully equipped kitchen. The kitchen features a gas hob, electric oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, and a four-seater breakfast bar. The dining table in the entrance room seats six. The outside table at built-in BBQ seats eight. A separate scullery includes a washing machine, tumble dryer, drying racks, iron and ironing board, vacuum cleaner, baby cot, and beach umbrella. Silver Ranch has direct access to a wonderful beach via a 400m foot path leading directly from the estate.
