Welcome to our charming holiday home in Bornhöved, situated on the edge of picturesque Holstein Switzerland. This spacious domicile offers every imaginable comfort for an unforgettable stay on around 100 square metres of living space. Ideal for guests who value cosy yet modern furnishings, our house is the perfect retreat for those seeking relaxation and active holidaymakers alike.
Inside, you will find a tastefully furnished living/dining room with digital flat-screen LCD satellite TV and music system for relaxing hours. With a dishwasher, microwave, kettle, coffee machine and toaster, the kitchen leaves nothing to be desired and invites you to cook and enjoy together. The house also has four cosy bedrooms, which guarantee a good night's sleep, as well as a bathroom with bath and shower/WC including hairdryer. Electrically operated shutters in all rooms provide additional comfort.
The outdoor area is equally impressive and offers a covered terrace of approx. 10 square metres with comfortable wicker furniture. Another terrace with garden chairs, loungers including cushions, a table and a barbecue invites you to linger in the fresh air. The large, covered pool, which is exclusively available to the guests of our two holiday homes, provides bathing fun. A carport right next to the holiday home also offers a sheltered parking space for your vehicle.
The surroundings of Bornhöved have a lot to offer. The Bornhöveder See bathing area is just a 10-minute walk away. Bornhöved itself, known as the 1000-year-old Holstendorf village with an important history, is the ideal starting point for explorations. Whether it's the state capital Kiel, 30 kilometres away, the Karl May town of Bad Segeberg or the idyllic towns of Neumünster and Plön - there are a variety of excursion destinations. Various cosy restaurants in the neighbouring towns and well-signposted cycle and hiking trails invite you to enjoy cultural and active experiences.
