Welcome to the apartment Segeberger See in Klein Rönnau near Bad Segeberg.
Relax from everyday life, enjoy nature with the Grosser Segeberger See (a hiking trail can be reached in 10-15 minutes on foot) and the Ihlwald in the immediate vicinity and experience the sights of the region. The city center of Bad Segeberg is about 3.5 km away. Information about excursions is available in the apartment for you. In the evening you can end the day with a cup of tea or a glass of wine on the loggia and watch the sun go down.
The apartment is located at the end of a cul-de-sac on the upper floor of a single-family house and is a separate living unit. With a size of 104sqm, it offers enough space for up to 6 people. You are also welcome to bring your dog with you. Bed linen and towels (2 per person) are included. WLAN or You can use the Internet via LAN cable free of charge.
The apartment is structured as follows:
- Bedroom 1 with large double bed (1.80 mx 2.00 m)
- Bedroom 2 with double bed (1.40 mx 2.00 m)
- Children's room with two single beds (0.90 mx 2.00 m) and play area
- Living room with dining table and reading area, equipped with television, satellite reception, DVD player, cassette player, radio, amplifier and speakers (with connection option for your smartphone)
- Loggia with seating (access from the living room)
- Fully equipped kitchen with toaster, kettle, Cafissimo coffee machine, filter coffee machine, food processor, microwave, oven, dishwasher, refrigerator with a small freezer compartment

Sehr liebe Vermieter, hatten bei allen Fragen immer ein offenes Ohr. Wohnung ist schön groß und hell und es ist alles vorhanden was man für einen tollen Urlaub benötigt.

Die Wohnung ist sehr schön. Die Couch ist sehr bequem und die ganze Familie fühlte sich dort wohl. Im Wohnzimmer war eine große Auswahl an Büchern (inklusive einen kompletten Satz von Karl May) und DVDs. Das offene Wohnkonzept gibt der Wohnung ein angenehmes, geräumiges Gefühl. Nur aufgepasst: Das Mansardendach ist tückisch! Wenn man nicht aufpasst, kann man sich sehr leicht den Kopf stoßen. Die Betten sind nicht herausragend, aber für eine Woche kamen wir darauf zurecht. Die Küche ist sehr klein, aber mit Geräten gut ausgestattet. Wenn sechs Personen wirklich verschiedene Mahlzeiten dort essen wollen, ist zu wenig Geschirr da. Der Kühlschrank ist auch zu klein für die Größe der Wohnung, besonders wenn man im Sommer kalte Getränke haben will. Ein riesen Plus für die Wohnung sind die zwei Toiletten! Die eine ist ein volles Bad mit Dusche und Badewanne. Die andere hat noch eine Waschmaschine. Wir waren sechs Personen von 15-50 Jahren und haben unsere Zeit dort sehr genossen.

Die Vermieter sind jederzeit erreichbar, halten die Covid-Regeln ein. Die Wohnung hat eine gute Größe und trotz Dachgeschoss nicht zu warm. Ausstattung ist gut - evtl einmal einen saugstärkerer Sauger anschaffen. Wie gesagt empfehlenswert!

Wenn man angefahren kommt, ein sehr ungepflegter Vorgarten. Der Eindruck wird nicht besser, wenn man in den Garten schaut. Man kommt in die Wohnung. Wohnung sauber, Fenster von innen wenigstens ein halbes Jahr nicht geputzt. Ein Schild im Fenster, dass auch auf der Loggia nicht geraucht werden darf, mit Androhung einer Strafe bei Nichtbeachtung. Parkplatz angegeben, aber nicht vorhanden, da die Gastgeber sie selbst benötigt. Für 5 Tage waren die Ablagemöglichkeiten im zweiten Schlafzimmer sehr beengt. 10 Tage darf man nicht bleiben. Im Kinderzimmer gibt es überhaupt keinen Schrank. Das Altglas und Altpapier mitgenommen werden soll, ist uns bisher auch noch nicht passiert.
