About this vacation rental
Villa Entre 2 Plages
The beach house "entre deux plages" has been completely renovated and has been awarded an incredible 5 stars in the classification! The house was sufficiently insulated and underfloor heating was installed - the entire technology was replaced. Now the house shines with a new extension in which the large master bedroom is located / travertine bathroom with shower + WC and granite washbasin en suite! The highlight - the large, bright room is connected at ground level only by large sliding glass doors to the sun terrace with direct access to the jacuzzi and sauna - incidentally also a great bedroom for guests who have their four-legged friend with them - the sliding door opens directly into the large garden. The second highlight created by the new extension is another sun terrace on a higher level with wonderful sea views. This terrace is accessed from an almost separate, second sleeping area on the upper floor - this consists of the second beautiful, large bedroom with its own travertine bathroom (en suite) - shower and WC and a huge granite washbasin. A small library is attached to this area - with direct access to the sea view terrace.
Incidentally, the house even has a third terrace, which is integrated into the large garden, which looks very stately due to the imposing driveway and the entrance gate.
The heart of the house is the large living, dining and cooking area of approx. 60 m², which is accessed via a pretty entrance area with cloakroom - where the guest WC is also located (it is worth mentioning ..... that the washbasin in the WC is cut from a block of granite and weighs over 350 kg). The living area is very open-plan, the kitchen offers plenty of space to cook up a culinary storm and of course there is an extra wine fridge. There is a large dining table and a sofa and armchair combination in front of the Breton granite fireplace. The house has fibre optic internet; for those who love fast internet or need it for business. Very important is of course the beautiful and very quiet location right between two beautiful nearby sandy beaches - one on the left from the entrance gate 60 metres away - and the other on the right 50 metres away.
