About this house rental

The Villa des Courlis, in Pagan country, in Kerlouan, can accommodate up to 10 people with its four bedrooms (one on the ground floor) and 2 bathrooms. It offers an extraordinary view of the beach and the sea which is only ten meters away. The house is literally set on the beach which you can stroll every morning, coffee in hand, in silence, simply accompanied by the murmur of the waves and the cry of a few gulls, the awakening nature. And during the month of November, the legend of Bran explains that even the sea is silent to listen to the song of sea birds.
The house is bathed in sunshine, offers a very beautiful comfort, is entirely turned towards the sea which will be a faithful companion at all times.
Magical beliefs have always rocked the Pagan country, that they are born from lightning when lightning strikes the sea, when migratory birds turn on themselves, creating a surf and current, or that each stone hides a leprechaun, and each knows here that the breath makes the soul and that the latter expands there supported by the ambient air and by the malicious looks of the korrigans jokers of the dune.

Un emplacement idéal en front de mer. Une côte superbe pour faire des ballades par tous les temps. Une maison très fonctionnelle et très agréable à vivre. Nous avons passé une excellente semaine en famille. La maison est très bien aménagée, la disposition des pièces est très fonctionnelle, elle dispose de tout le confort moderne. Nous étions 8, chacun a pu trouver son espace ou se réunir dans la grande pièce. La décoration est chaleureuse et accueillante. La palme au tableau vivant qu'offre l'ensemble des baies vitrées plongeant sur la baie. La vue est splendide. Le temps ne nous a pas permis de profiter des aménagements extérieurs, mais ils nous ont semblés tout aussi bien pensés que l'intérieur. Bravo aux propriétaire pour cette rénovation très réussie.

Wir haben einen wundervollen Familienurlaub verbracht. Vor Beginn der Reise war der Kontakt mit Louis völlig problemlos und der Empfang von Audrey im Haus war sehr freundlich und informativ. Vor Ort hat mir das Haus noch besser gefallen, als schon in der Beschreibung. Die Lage ist wunderbar und in Kombination mit der offenen Architektur des Hauses in Richtung Meer nicht mehr zu toppen - man ist halt 24 Stunden am Tag am Strand. Bei der Ausstattung und der Sauberkeit des Hauses haben wir nichts vermisst.

Wunderschönes sehr geschmackvoll und gemütlich eingerichtetes Traumhaus direkt am Strand. Kajaks und Fahrräder sind auch dabei. Sehr nette Eigentümerin. Die Agentur möchte absurd viele Unterschriften wenn Sie dieses Haus mieten. Aber dieser Unterschriftenmarathon ist dieses Traumhaus definitiv wert.

....haben wir uns in diesem Haus sehr! Nicht nur die geschmackvolle Einrichtung und die grossartige Lage am Strand sind bemerkenswert. Das Haus ist auch mit tollen Fahrrädern, zwei Kajaks und vielen Spielen ausgestattet. Ausserdem ist die Begrüßung sehr herzlich und Kontakt zur Agentur und/oder Eigentümer jederzeit möglich. Sehr,sehr schön und gerne wieder!

Right on the ocean

Right on the ocean

The house is right off the beach and the view on the océan is wide and very beautiful. The beach, the rocks and the walks are accessible directly and - this was on Christmas week - the surroundings were very quiet, peaceful and windy (which was what we were seeking). The house was spotless, full of light and very confortable with a fully equipped kitchen, and spaces to sit, relax, read on both floors. The cost and the land behind are not quite as dramatic as is the case with the cliffs further west, but then this made the beach easily and safety accessible for children, who much prefered this area. Audrey is a friendly, smiling and helpful host.

Der Urlaub war einfach traumhaft: Morgens eine Tasse Café im Bett mit Blick auf das Meer und die heranrollenden Wellen, mittags Sparziergänge am Strand, über Felsen klettern und mit den Kindern Krebse suchen (nur zur Ansicht;) und am Abend mit einem französischen Rotwein der Sonne bis zum Versinken im Meer folgen... wir haben uns dort tiefenentspannt.

Zwei Wochen direkt an der Küste der Bretagne mit direktem Zugang zum Meer, was will man mehr. Ein fantastisches helles Haus, Nutzung von BBQ und Fahrrädern, super-freundliche und hilfsbereite Vermieter und die tolle Lage des Hauses haben uns einen wunderbaren Urlaub beschert, jederzeit gerne wieder. Maison découverte par hasard sur abritel, pour une fois nous avons trouvé que les photos sont en dessous de la réalité! La plage commence 10m après la terrasse, le soleil se couche pile en face, on a le phare de l'ile vierge à l'horizon... la maison est construite et aménagée pour que l'on se sente pleinement chez soi (pleds, jeux pour enfants, vélos, canoës, etc), elle respire le neuf et le bien pensé, conçue pour profiter au maximum du paysage panoramique, aussi bien au rdc qu'à l'étage. Un vrai cocon familial pour admirer le paysage et aller s'y ballader... Et que ce soit pour la réservation ou pour l'accueil par la propriétaire, une réactivité et un sens de l'accueil qui ont contribué au charme. Nous avons été conquis, elle est déjà réservée pour une prochaine fois!!

Lichtdurchflutetes Haus mit super Panorama-Fenster im EG und im 1. OG aufs Meer hinaus, praktische und neuwertige Einrichtung, grosszügiger Wohnraum mit offener Küche + Essen, genügend Schlafzimmer mit Doppelbetten, geeignet für Erwachsene und auch für Familien mit Kindern (1 Zimmer mit Einzelbetten + Kinderbettli, Kinderstühle etc). Unkomplizierte und sehr hilfsbereite Vermieterin, es lief alles völlig problemlos. Wir können dieses Haus bestens weiterempfehlen. Wir haben hier 6 glückliche Wochen von Mitte Oktober bis Ende November verbracht.

Ein wunderschönes, neu eingerichtetes Ferienhaus in unmittelbarer Strandnähe. Herrlicher Ausblick auf den Atlantik von allen seeseitigen Zimmern. An Ausstattung ist alles nötige vorhanden. Kanu und Fahrräder können mitbenutzt werden. Sehr nette Vermieter. Wir können das Ferienhaus 100% weiterempfehlen und werden selbst im nächsten Jahr wiederkommen.
