The Domaine de Pont Royal is ideally situated between the Alpilles and the Lubéron. The 180-hectare estate is enclosed and totally secure, with security guards at the entrance, and offers a wide range of services and activities. Golf de Pont Royal offers an exceptional, internationally renowned golf course designed by Severiano Ballesteros. You'll be staying in a beautiful, spacious 3-bedroom, air-conditioned, luxury Provençal-style villa for a very enjoyable holiday with friends or family. You'll be able to enjoy a pleasant, private, peaceful setting with no onlookers, a terrace, a garden and a large swimming pool. The residence's orientation means you can enjoy the sun and relax in shaded areas thanks to its landscaped areas. The villa has all the comforts you need for indoor and outdoor cooking, as well as adapted sanitary facilities (a bathroom, a shower room and 2 separate WCs). More specifically, the layout of the rooms is as follows: Inside, on the ground floor : - A large living/dining room with a beautiful fireplace, equipped with a large flat-screen TV (smart TV connected), Sonos-type speakers connected to WiFi, a DVD player and a DVD player. - Fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, hob, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, coffee machine, Nespresso machine, etc.) - Separate WC & cupboard in entrance hall. First floor: - 3 air-conditioned bedrooms, two with a 160x200 bed and the third with two 90x190 beds. Each bedroom has a large storage cupboard. All bedding is brand new. - Bathroom with bath and separate WC. - A shower room in one of the bedrooms. The house is set in enclosed grounds (where one car can be parked + garage). The villa is in the immediate vicinity of the golf course (18 holes + 9 holes), tennis courts and horse-riding club, the "Pierre et Vacances" village and its facilities (including aquatic activities: large swimming pools including one with waves, water slides, rafting river, etc.). ) - for a fee. On the estate: grocery shop, bakery, newspapers, restaurants, tourist centre and twice-weekly market.
