In front of the living room of the beautiful holiday flat there is a terrace with garden bench and table, due to the southern exposure you can enjoy the sun here. A grass area is currently being laid out in front of the terrace, and there is a children's playground to the rear. The entire communal garden is fenced in. An underground car park can be provided for a fee, there is enough space to store bicycles.
