Maximum 2 pets/ dogs allowed. On the edge of the Lüneburg Südheide, directly in the centre of Rodewald The garden is spacious and surrounded by mature trees. Three terraces and a shady seating area invite you to relax. A barbecue is available. A playground, the tennis courts and the natural adventure pool with a shaded children's play area are within walking distance of the garden. From May to September, guests of the holiday home have the opportunity to use the natural adventure pool all day (from 5.00 a.m. to 10.00 p.m.), i.e. also outside the official opening hours. The 225 square metre, ground-floor holiday home offers space for 6 people. A hallway with guest WC and cloakroom leads to the open-plan kitchen/dining area, which has a special ambience thanks to a glass fireplace and floor-to-ceiling windows throughout the house. The adjoining utility room houses the washing machine and tumble dryer as well as various kitchen appliances. Two bedrooms also lead off this open-plan area. The first bedroom is equipped with a TV and real wood furniture in a country house style and leads to the bathroom with a free-standing bathtub and walk-in rain shower. The holiday home is a perfect starting point for day trips (Heidepark Soltau, Soltau-Therme, Vogelpark Walsrode, Serengeti-Park Hodenhagen, Dinosaurierpark Münchehagen, Steinhuder Meer). Well-developed and signposted cycle paths invite you to go on extended tours in the surrounding area. A natural adventure pool, tennis courts and a playground are within walking distance. Shopping facilities for groceries are in the immediate neighbourhood. The spaciousness and expansiveness of the house and garden make the holiday home ideal for couples and families looking for peace and relaxation in a pleasant atmosphere, but who want to reach family-friendly excursion destinations in a short time.
