About this house rental
Location:
Our vacation home is located in the Lüneburg Heath in the village of Meißendorf, right next to Hüttenseepark in the nature reserve.
Nature lovers will find great hiking and biking trails right on their doorstep.
Numerous great destinations for day trips are just a few kilometers away—here you’ll find relaxation for all ages, and your best friend, the dog, is welcome too.
The nearest larger town is 7 km away in Winsen an der Aller, where you’ll find everything you need for daily life. There are several shopping options, doctors, and pharmacies.
Amenities:
The vacation home features an open-concept living and dining area with a TV and a fireplace for cozy evenings; our living room is equipped with a sleeper sofa where two additional guests can stay overnight.
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare delicious meals, including a grill, toaster, coffee maker, and other kitchen utensils.
The bedroom is furnished with a large bed; in the adjoining room, there is a large closet where you can store various items.
The bathroom has been recently renovated and features a large, easily accessible walk-in shower.
A washing machine is located in a separate storage room.
Right next to the house, in the carport, there is a charging station for electric bikes. Roof boxes can also be stored here. The shelter can be locked.
Electric cars can also be conveniently charged here—the house has an 11 kW wallbox.
Outdoor area:
The outdoor area spans over 623 square meters and is open; it features a 6-square-meter terrace that’s directly connected to the house and is partially covered.
You can spend lovely evenings here. Of course, you’re also welcome to grill here.
The entrance area is also partially covered, so you won’t be out in the rain right away if the weather turns bad.
Special features:
Our house is equipped for electric vehicles and features an 11 kW wallbox as well as a wallbox for bicycles and scooters, allowing for safe and convenient on-site charging.
A baby crib can be provided upon request.
Smoking is not permitted inside the house. It is a smoke-free home.

The house is located near the Hüttenseepark campground, which features a great swimming area. It offers a sandy beach, a large playground, a snack bar, a restaurant, a fishing pond, and pedal boats. All of these are available during the peak season.

Just a few minutes away is the NABU Gut Sunder. Nature lovers can explore the outdoors, and there’s also a café.
