The house is located in a small village in the Cotentin with direct access to the very quiet sandy beach. It has a beautiful enclosed garden with private parking for 3 cars, a sheltered courtyard and garden.
An equipped open kitchen with bar with 6 chairs, induction stove, hot air oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, Senseo coffee machine, all necessary crockery. Cosy wood-burning stove that can also be used for cooking.
