this house includes a beautiful living room of about 30 m2 with fitted kitchen, room with sofa. Upstairs, 2 bedrooms (one with a double bed and the other with 2 single beds), a landing with a convertible sofa (pull-out bed that can accommodate 1 to 2 people) and a shower room with wc.

The house is ideally located near a small picturesque harbor in La Manche (Le Becquet) and a 5-minute walk from a small shopping center.

We had a wonderful time in Cherbourg en Cotentin! The cabine was great, with the greatest view! The beds were made when we arrived thats a big plus when you are stuck in traffic. Brunilde was easy to reach and quick in her respons. So thankful we could spend our family time here! All thumbs up!

We loved the view and the local bakery. Going to bed at night and hearing the ocean breaking just outside the windows. Everyone else can have Paris and it’s crowds, give me Beautiful Cherbourg and it’s charming people.

Jolie petite maison parfaitement rénovée située immédiatement en face de la mer que l'on peut voir de la chambre, du salon. Toutes les commodités sont disponibles dans la maison. Un petit centre commercial est situé à proximité. A un quart d'heure de Cherbourg, un très bel emplacement pour passer quelques jours reposants.

L'accueil et le départ se sont très bien passé avec Mme Brunhilde, c'est une personne fort sympathique la maison est bien agencé et équipée comme il faut mais le top c'est qu'elle est située en face de la mer !! Wir haben unseren Urlaub direkt am Meer sehr genossen. Das Haus ist sehr gut ausgestattet. Wenn man sich die nötigen Gewürze mitbringt und ein gutes Messer, kann man alles kochen und backen,was man möchte. Wir waren nur zu zweit, daher hatten wir keine Probleme, unsere Sachen zu verstauen. Als Familie mit mehreren Personen hätte uns der Stauraum gefehlt, da es im Obergeschoss fast keine Schränke gibt, allerdings gibt das Haus auch nicht wirklich Platz dafür her. Im kleinen Ortsteil bekommt man auch fußläufig alles, was man braucht (wichtig, der Bäcker fürs frische Baguette morgens). Im kleinen Restaurant am Hafen kann man sehr lecker essen. Und bei Badewetter ist der Strand auch in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Der Kontakt zur Vermieterin war sehr unproblematisch. Vielen Dank auch noch für das nette Abschiedsgeschenk, sehr lecker.

Maisonette rénovée avec gout et très fonctionnelle ou on s'endort au rythme des vagues. Super localisation pour découvrir la region ( Utah Beach , Sainte Mère Eglise , phare de Gatteville, Ile tatihou ( sans oublier de déguster des huites à St Vaast La Hougue) …faire des chateaux de sable à marée montante( plage non surveillée à 50m) ou nager dans les vagues (plage de Collignon surveillée à moins de 200m)… bref, nous avons vraiment bien profité de ces vacances en Normandie! Merci à Brunehilde et à sa famille pour l'accueil et les bons biscuits reçus pour notre route du retour !

Wir (Familie mit 2 größeren Kindern) verbrachten hier wohl den schönsten Urlaub: wir verliebten uns ins Meer und in die Normandie und das kosteten wir in dem schönen Haus von Brunehilde aus. Das Haus ist liebevoll eingerichtet, sehr gut ausgestattet und hat eine Traumlage: beim Frühstück schon aufs ultramarinblaue Meer schauen, zu Mittag über das Türkis staunen, als wäre man in der Südsee und abends bei einem Cidre auf den vorgelagerten Steinen herrlichsten Sonnenuntergängen zuschauen... Die Vermieterin Brunehilde war sehr freundlich und versorgte uns mit allen nötigen Informationen. Übrigens: was man zum Leben braucht, bekommt man im fußläufigen Supermarkt. Ansonsten unbedingt nach Barfleur ins "Café de France" zum Muschelessen fahren ! Das Haus und die Gegend sind unbedingt zu empfehlen ! Merci beaucoup, Brunehilde ! Et Au-revoir!

Tolles Haus direkt am Meer. Vermieterin gibt super Tipps! Sehr freundlich. Haus ist gut ausgestattet und sauber! Wer gerne kocht, sollte sich seine Lieblings- Utensilien mitbringen. Scharfes Messer, Gewürze usw. Viele Supermärkte in der Nähe! Wir können das Haus nur weiter empfehlen!
