Villa Dracoena is a Belle Époque villa dating from 1906. It is located on Mont Boron, in the heart of the Côte d'Azur, on the cape of Nice, between the Baie des Anges and Villefranche. Its 1,000 m² garden, with its many orange trees and exotic plants, is close to the Mont Boron natural forest, where you can stroll between the forest and the sea, with a magnificent panoramic view. The villa is just a short stroll from Old Nice and the Promenade des Anglais, 5 minutes from Villefranche, 20 minutes from the international airport and 20 minutes from Monaco. 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms with baths and showers. Fully equipped open-plan kitchen. A large gas barbecue is available outside. Central heating and air conditioning. Fireplace available. Two large furnished terraces with uninterrupted views of the sea and the Baie des Anges. A 100 m² roof terrace with panoramic sea views. Magnificent 1,000 m² garden with citrus trees and many Mediterranean plants and flowers. Heated swimming pool with large terraces.
