Inside, the 85 m² holiday flat, located on the first floor of a characterful half-timbered house, offers all the amenities for a comfortable stay. You enter the flat via a separate entrance, which is accessed via an external staircase. The flat has a cosy bedroom with a double bed (180 x 200 cm), a large wardrobe and another bedroom with two single beds. A modern daylight bathroom and a fully equipped open-plan kitchen with adjoining dining and living area, including a large panoramic balcony, round off the offer. A large leather living area with sleeping function, a TV, internet radio and a new pellet stove ensure cosy evenings. Outside, you will find a quiet lawn surrounding the holiday home. A paved path leads you to the wooden outside staircase, which you can use to enter the flat. The detached house is located at the end of a very quiet cul-de-sac in the upper part of the holiday village of Frankenau, just a few metres from the forest entrance to the Kellerwald.
