Die Lage im Kellerwald/Frankenau ist wunderschön – viel Ruhe, Natur und ein guter Ausgangspunkt für Spaziergänge und Ausflüge. Die Kommunikation mit der zuständigen Ansprechperson war jederzeit freundlich, schnell und hilfsbereit.
Das Haus ist insgesamt in die Jahre gekommen (v. a. Küche, Esstisch und Deko). Bettwäsche war bei Anreise nicht vorbereitet und der TV hatte unsortierte Sender. Am kritischsten fanden wir das Pflicht-Ablesen von Strom und Wasser; der Wasserzähler liegt in einem sehr verschmutzten, schwer zugänglichen Kriechkeller mit Sperrmüllcharakter.
