Detached house in a quiet location with wonderful views of Lake Schwendi and the panorama of the Alpstein and Churfirsten. The two ski areas of Unterwasser and Wildhaus are directly accessible by ski/snowboard. The location is also attractive in summer, as the hike into the Churfirsten region can begin right outside the front door. The Schwendisee lake in the centre of the protected fenland area is ideal for swimming. The beautiful surroundings with the two lakes can be explored comfortably on footpaths. There are various picnic and barbecue sites.
