A very nice and spacious flat on the first floor of a block of flats. Well equipped and well maintained 120 square metres, with living room, three bedrooms and two bathrooms. Only about 20 metres from the beach, large terrace with good views of the sea and a beautiful Galician bay and pile shell banks of the RIAS Baixas, quiet residential area and not touristy. Cycling, hiking, boating, water skiing, horse riding and fishing are all possible nearby and the surrounding area has everything you need for a relaxing holiday. Whether you want to enjoy the sun on sandy beaches, hike in breathtaking natural surroundings or take advantage of the wide range of cultural activities on offer in the area around Santiago de Compostela. There is something for everyone in this area, which is still relatively unspoilt by tourism. Bus stop about 100 metres away to Villagarcia de Arosa and Villanueva de Arosa.
