What we love most about this place
The unique feeling of living above the sea: step out onto the terrace and feel as if you were on a ship, with the waves beneath your feet and a different sunset every evening. The 12-meter terrace is our favourite spot, perfect for breakfast while the estuary wakes up or ending the day with a glass of Albariño on the horizon.
The apartment
Bright, comfortable and in perfect condition, exactly as shown in the recent photos.
Bedrooms: two exterior bedrooms with large built-in wardrobes, capacity for 5 guests.
Living-dining room: spacious, with a double sofa bed, Smart TV and direct access to the terrace.
Fully equipped kitchen: dishwasher, washing machine, oven, microwave, capsule and classic coffee makers, toaster, kettle and everything needed to cook and enjoy.
Bathroom: modern and practical, with shower, towels and thoughtful details.
All rooms are exterior with sea views, giving the apartment great brightness and freshness.

In the charming town of Vilanova de Arousa, next to the marina and surrounded by cafés, restaurants, shops and supermarkets within walking distance. Just 50 m from As Sinas beach, ideal for families, and close to other Blue Flag beaches. Direct access to the sea from the building: at low tide, a small beach in front of the entrance; at high tide, like having your own natural pool.

Pepa is a really lovely landlady - warm, funny and extremely helpful. Her apartment is bright, clean, comfortable, very well-equipped and there is allocated secure car parking in the building garage. Highly recommended.

I highly recommend this apartment. It is large, spacious, sunny and clean,You can feel very much at home and comfortable in this flat.
The property is a good value. It is centrally located . The apartment was clean, well maintained and tastefully furnished. The owners, Pepa y Santiago were very helpful.
Recomiendo altamente este apartamento. Es grande, amplio, soleado y limpio, se puede sentir mucho en casa y cómodo en este plano.
La propiedad es un buen valor. Es céntrico. El apartamento estaba limpio, bien mantenido y amueblado con buen gusto. Los propietarios, Pepa y Santiago fueron muy amables en todo momento .
