About this apartment rental
We ask that you be respectful of the house and the neighbors. We do not admit parties of any kind.
Upon arrival we must complete the admission document and the parts of travelers for guests older than 16 years (for the latter we will need the identity document or passport.
In the heart of the lower estuaries, two-storey house (the first one is rented) the owners live in the second, with garden, terrace, the house has pet dogs and cats. with hiking trails 50 meters, marina 1 km, 9 km from Pontevedra, 8 km from Sanxenxo, 400 meters from the beach, quiet place.
It has about 95 square meters, a part of the house is about 300 years old, with thick stone walls, very cool in summer and very warm in winter, it has two bedrooms, a bathroom, a kitchen, a dining room, and a large living room and (URL HIDDEN) hot water boiler is in the garage.

Common areas, front and rear garden, garage where the hot water boiler, washing machine and laundry.
Attention to guests
They will have my phone to solve any problem. I will be available, in the morning a few hours and in the afternoon (IN PERSON) at the time allowed by my work.

Place of single-family houses very quiet, to enjoy the beach and the forest, but less than a km from Combarro, a very tourist town and nine from Sanxenxo where in summer you appreciate the tranquility of a place like this.
How to move
Bus stop 400 meters, taxis one km. Vigo airport 45 minutes.

Eenvoudige inrichting, mooi balkonnetje en terras naar de tuin. Mooie badkamer. Minpunt is een slecht functionerende afvoer in de keuken.

The garden is dirty and really not taken care of. Inside, it smells humidity. It is for 6 travelers but 4 of them in the same bedroom. Not for four adults !!!
The house needs to be refreshed.
