La Garonnette welcomes you to Sainte-Maxime on the Côte d'Azur. The holiday homes are located away from the hustle and bustle in a beautifully landscaped residence. The complex is fenced and equipped with an electric gate opener. The holiday homes in La Garonnette are ideal for holidaymakers looking for peace and quiet and want to spend their holidays close to the sea and beach. Families with children and dog owners are also very welcome. Baby cots and high chairs can be provided on request. There is a private swimming pool (5.5 x 11 metres) and various sports facilities in the surrounding area. Each cottage is self-contained and has its own entrance, as well as its own garden with terrace and barbecue. Deckchairs are available for you! There are many excursion possibilities and places of interest in the neighbourhood. The sea and sandy beach "La Garonnette" are only 350 metres away, which you can easily reach on foot. We are happy to give you tips for excursions, restaurants and much more. So that you can enjoy the south of France to the full! La Garonnette 3 can accommodate up to six people. It has a master bedroom with a double bed (1.6 x 2 m), as well as a private bathroom / WC (in the corridor) and direct access to the garden. The second bedroom with a double bed (1.60 x 2m) and the third bedroom with a double bed (1.40 x 1.90m) share a bathroom/WC. A large, fully equipped kitchen adjoins the living/dining room. The living room has a cosy upholstered suite, as well as satellite TV and a music player. The small villa is equipped with air conditioning and a washing machine. A parking space is available for holiday guests. Enjoy the spacious garden (fenced) and the adjoining terrace with barbecue and outdoor fireplace. Deckchairs are available for you! Other sports and leisure facilities: There is a restaurant and a supermarket ("SPAR" market) in the immediate vicinity. If you want a fresh French croissant or baguette for breakfast every day, you can get one just round the corner on foot. There is a "Petit Casino" in the centre of Les Issambres, which is about one kilometre away. Holidaymakers will find larger shopping centres in the small town of Sainte Maxime and in Fréjus, which is not far away. Excursion options: Younger guests can also enjoy various attractions. Aqua Land with its various water slides and wave pool is just a few kilometres from the residence. In the direction of St Tropez there is also a park with various bouncy castles where children can spend their time. Our sporty guests also have the opportunity to practise various sports in the immediate vicinity. The Ste Maxime golf course can be reached in about 10 minutes. Horse lovers can also pursue their hobby in the neighbourhood. There is also a tennis court within easy reach and, of course, water sports enthusiasts will not miss out either. Windsurfing is possible on numerous beaches in the area (e.g. directly in front of the house on the beach of "La Garonette"). Kitesurfers can reach the kite zone on the beach of "St Aygulf" within approx. 10 minutes. There are also various beaches where you can hire a jet ski and take it out to sea. If you prefer to do your laps on the go-kart track, you don't have to travel far for that either. This is just an exemplary list of various leisure activities in the area. There are also two amusement parks with various courses, an outdoor paint ball course, various mini golf courses, etc., which can be visited as required. Sports facilities in the area: fishing, golf course, mountain biking, paragliding, cycling tours, riding stables / riding facilities, sports centre, surfing, diving, tennis, water skiing, sailing Location description: Ste Maxime is a small town located in the bay of St. Tropez directly by the sea. Restaurants, pavement cafés and bars as well as various boutiques invite you to linger. Here you will find the ideal holiday destination with beach, sun and sea, peace and relaxation as well as adventure and fascination. The municipality of Ste Maxime offers its guests numerous entertainment options. During the summer months, for example, there are regular outdoor concerts by renowned musicians, which can be attended by everyone free of charge. In addition, weekly markets are held daily at various locations in the Ste Maxime region, where you can buy everyday items as well as Provençal specialities. The town of Ste Maxime and numerous Provençal villages in the surrounding area also have a lot to offer in terms of culture. For example, a visit to the castle of Grimaud or St. Tropez (arrival by boat or car) is highly recommended.
