About this villa rental

Superb and excellent villa in-between Sainte Maxime and Les Issambres. The Villa (220m2) has 5 bedrooms,3 bathrooms, 2 separate toilets and can host up to 10 people. It has full seaview, with a beautiful private swimming pool (12,5 x 4 meters - salted water and heated , which is important for spring and autumn). The villa is full south facing (so good sun the entire day) with panoramic views over the sea. The villa is located approx. 800 meters from the sand beaches and also shops and restaurants are in the neighborhood. Very luxurious and comfortable villa for excellent and relaxing holidays.

Check in was simple and easy to contact service team for any issues. Fantastic sea views, lovely patio, great pool and excellent bathrooms, however, the rest of property is quite tired, especially the kitchen. No freezer in kitchen, we had to go downstairs to the boiler room to get ice or frozen food, very inconvenient. The main dining table only has 8 chairs, we had to bring metal patio chairs in from the balcony, also the lounge only had comfy seating for 6/7 people, very bad. The property description is very misleading, we would describe the property as an 82 as 3rd double bedroom has no clothes storage/wardrobe at all and certainly not suitable for 2 adults. Very disappointed that walk to beach/restaurants was not 800m as described but is a 1.4km walk via a potentially dangerous walk along roads with minimal paths. We were looking forward to being able to take a walk to the beach or restaurants, but not really possible. The property was described as ‘on the border between St Maxime and Les Issambres’, it is not, it is wholly in Les Issambres with a 25 minute drive to St Maxime (check map).

We had a lovely time at this villa the views are spectacular and only a short minute drive down to the sea. The only thing was the villa needs a bit of maintenance downstairs in the bathrooms which leak, and they also left us one toilet roll between 8 people. It would be nice to have at least a few things like hand soap in the bathrooms not a small bar between three bathrooms. No tin foil no washing up liquid. We know it’s a villa and not a hotel but we have travelled all over the world and these are the extra touches that make the difference to a stay meaning we wouldn’t have to buy every single item at the supermarket. We would recommend the villa if you’re not worried about it being 3/4 star.

We spent a wonderful week in the house mid of October, 2021. Although we expected some colder days we were positively surprised by a lot of sun which you could enjoy from terrace and balcony. The house is perfectly equipped, offers a lot of space and we found everything we needed. Hoping to come back again in the nearer future!

This is not our first (and not our last) time at Savoir Vivre.The pool was warm and very clean (the rest of the house as well). We didnt miss anything. The owner is very helpful and reliable.The view is gorgeous! The location is perfect...away from the crowd, ½ h from St Tropez, 1 h from Nice. Lots of sightseeing spots to visit during the day, our favourite are: Eze, Ramatuelle, Grimaud. Excellent place to rest and forget about your daily life!!

This house has been refurbished recently and stay in it for two weeks was a real pleasure. The kitchen is fully equipped and it contain any needed accessory : a very good point for a French family ;-) ! As we were six, the three bathrooms and three toilets were very useful and having the master bedroom upstairs and apart from the others bedrooms was very appreciated as our "kids" are now between 16 and 26... The owner availability and kindness is exceptional, he is someone who will make every effort to ensure your stay goes well and is relayed by a charming couple nearby for any potential needs. I definitively recommend this rental as it offers a outsized value for money.

We recently has the privilege to discover and stay at th villa as first "Newcomers" and it has been a pleasure in all aspects. Great location overseeing Les Issambres with a breathtaking sea view, magnificent terrace with a 360 view. The villa is well decorated with a nice taste and gives a good space if living for a coupe with children. The owner is easily available and focused on delivering the best service. I STRONGLY RECOMMEND THIS PROPERTY !

Wir waren Ende August / Anfang September 2018 und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt in dieser wunderbaren Villa. Die Villa ist am Berg gelegen und bietet einen fantastischen Blick auf die Küste. Das Haus ist hochwertig und praktisch eingerichtet; alles ist sauber und mittels einer sehr guten Unterlage zum Haus leicht zu verstehen. Die Hausaufteilung mit drei Badezimmern ermöglicht eine geschickte Unterbringung auch von mehreren Personen. Der Pool ist groß und lädt zum Schwimmen ein; der Garten ist gepflegt und weitläufig... Der nächste Supermarkt ist in 5 min mit dem Auto zu erreichen; ebenso wie der Strand. Empfehlenswert ist die Fährverbindung nach St. Tropez; vermeidet lange Fahrten im Stau über die Küstenstraße... Der Besitzer war bei allen Fragen sehr freundlich. Er hat vor Ort eine Unterstützung (spricht auch deutsch), die bei allen Problemen schnell hilft. Wir werden im nächsten Jahr wiederkommen und können das Haus nur empfehlen.

Villa très propre, pratique, où chaque couple trouve son intimité avec les 3 salles de bain/douche et WC. Un jardin bien arboré et une piscine magique avec ses carreaux nacrés. La cuisine est très bien équipée en accessoires ménagers. Un abri permet de stationner 2 véhicules aisément.

Die Villa ist sehr schön und gut eingerichtet, geschmackvoll, tolle Lage und ein super Ausblick. Auch die Ausstattung der Küche ist sehr gut, alles wichtige und mehr vorhanden. Zimmer und Wohnraum sowie Balkon top. Es hat an nichts gemangelt, Pool für die Größe der Villa ebenfalls voll ausreichend. Alles in allem ein sehr toller und entspannter Urlaub. Ich kann die Villa rundum empfehlen, ebenfalls die komplette Vermietung (Vermieter, Bezahlung, Betreuung vor Ort) war sehr unkompliziert und hervorragend organisiert. Top Sache. Beide Daumen hoch.

Die Villa lässt keine Wünsche offen! Sie ist tiptop sauber und gepflegt, das Mobiliar ist zweckmäßig und von sehr guter Qualität. Sämtliche Elektrogeräte sind vorhanden und in einwandfreiem Zustand. Der Hausmeister-bzw. Pool-Service funktioniert reibungslos, eine Verständigung in deutscher Sprache ist problemlos möglich. Ich kann die Villa guten Gewissens weiterempfehlen; obwohl sie nicht billig ist, ist sie doch jeden Cent wert. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.
