Enjoy the Grisons mountains in our beautiful holiday flat in the centre of the village of Disentis. The large, bright 3.5 room flat (85m2) is located on the top floor of an apartment building (built in 2016) and can be booked as a holiday flat from summer 2021. The lovingly, modern, comfortable and fully furnished flat offers unobstructed views of the mountain panorama. Shops, restaurants, railway station and seasonal bus station (e.g. to the mountain railways) are in the immediate vicinity. The accommodation The entrance area with cloakroom offers enough space for jackets and coats, and there is a shoe rack in front of the door for shoes. The large, open-plan kitchen is fully equipped and has a glass ceramic hob with extractor fan, oven, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment and water/ice dispenser, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, fondue set, raclette grill, toaster, hand blender, kettle and all the crockery you need. The extendable dining table seats up to 8 people. In the living area, a cosy three-piece sofa invites you to relax, while the flatscreen TV (with 7-day replay TV and Netflix) and a small multimedia system (CD/DVD, radio) provide a short break. With the height-adjustable desk (optionally equipped with an external screen, mouse/keyboard) and high-speed Internet/WLAN, the holiday flat can also be used as a home office. On the covered balcony/loggia you have a wonderful view to the south and into the Medelsertal (Val Medel). Bedroom 1 has a double bed (160cm x 200cm) and a walk-in wardrobe. Bedroom 2 has a single bed (80cm x 200cm) and a pull-out quality sofa bed. Optionally, the desk can also be placed in the bedroom, so you have a quiet study at your disposal. The bathroom is equipped with a washbasin with a large mirror cabinet, a floor-level shower with rain shower and a toilet. There is also a washing machine and tumble dryer (combined) for free use in the bathroom, and a hairdryer is also available. The garage on the 1st basement floor can be reached comfortably by lift, where a parking space for one car is included in the price. A charging station for electric cars is available. There is also a ski room in the open garage for shared use with the other residents. The flat is completely at your own disposal. The garage, ski room and stairs/lift are shared with the other residents. The flat is accessible without steps (except balcony) and barrier-free with wide corridors and entrances (door frame room/bathroom ~80cm). The neighbourhood The flat is located in the village centre, a sports shop (also offers rentals) and a clothes shop are in the same building. Grocery shop, bank, pharmacy and restaurants are right next door. The bus stop is 100m away during the summer/winter season (free bus to mountain railways, sports centre, bathing lake in summer) and 150m to the train station (RhB towards Chur, MGB towards Andermatt). Hiking trails and cross-country ski runs are less than 500m away. Further important information: - Visitor's tax is included in the price - In the summer and winter season, guests of the Disentis Sedrun holiday region benefit from free and reduced services from the first overnight stay.
