This property is located in the quiet development of Quinta do Sobral in the municipality of Castro Marim on the eastern Algarve. The Casa and the apartment are a comfortable and gorgeously furnished holiday rental property, where you can enjoy a lovely stay. The 50m2 apartment Ilse also has a 17m2 conservatory. It offers a large living/dining area with a kitchen unit, a bedroom with a double bed (1.40 x 2m) and a bathroom with a shower and toilet. The living room is furnished with a sofa bed, which can accommodate an adult or two children, a television with satellite TV, a stereo and a DVD player. The kitchen boasts a 2 burner ceran stove, a microwave/convection oven combo, a refrigerator and a dishwasher as well as many more modern amenities. In the conservatory, under a worktop, you will find a washing machine. A steatite oven is available for heating on colder days. The house consists of the Casa and the apartment. The Casa has 116 m2 and offers a large living room with a dining area and a fireplace. It also offers three bedrooms; one of the three bedrooms is furnished with a double bed (1.80 x 2 m) and has an en suite bathroom (shower, toilet, bidet). The second bedroom is furnished with a double bed (1.80 x 2m) and the third bedroom on this floor is furnished as with two single beds (0.90 x 2 m). There is an additional bathroom, accessible from the hallway, with a bathtub, a toilet, and a bidet. The kitchen, which also has a utility room and a washing machine is fully equipped with a 4-burner gas stove, a microwave/convection oven combo, an oven, a dishwasher, a refrigerator, as well as all necessary appliances and utensils you will require during your stay. The living room is furnished with comfortable living/dining furniture, a satellite flat screen television for German and Portuguese channels, a stereo and a DVD player. The Casa has gas central heating. The closest beach, Praia Verde, is about 3 kilometres from the house and the Spanish border can be reached within a 10 minute car ride. The town of Catsro Marim (ca. 4km) offers a well-stocked supermarket, as well as shops, pharmacies, a post office, ATMs and a small indoor market. Larger supermarkets, such as Lidl, Pingo Doce and Intermarche are located in Vila Real d. St. Antonio (ca. 8km) and Altura (ca. 3km). St Bartolomeu offers a Mini Marche and 2 restaurants (i.5km). If you enjoy shopping, head to Monte Gordo, Vila Real d. There is plenty of opportunity for sporting activities: 8 golf courses, tennis, swimming, sailing, surfing, horseback riding, hiking and much more. Bicycles can be rented at various places. The house sits on a 780 m2, fenced in property with a manicured garden. The 4 x 8 meter swimming pool is surrounded by a tiled south facing patio. On the south side of the house, there is a 4 x 8 meter covered area with bar tables for ten people. There is also an east facing shady patio behind the house.
