Villa Paradiso Piccolo is a semi-detached retreat located in Rovinjsko Selo (in Istria, Croatia), just 8 km from the historic town of Rovinj and around 35 km from Pula. Designed to accommodate up to eight guests, the villa features four bedrooms and three bathrooms. One of the bedrooms, complete with an en-suite bathroom, is situated in a separate unit near the pool, offering extra privacy for those who prefer a quiet space away from the main house. The villa’s outdoor area is perfect for relaxation, featuring a private heated pool, a jacuzzi, and a sauna. Two BBQ areas make it easy to enjoy meals outdoors, while two parking spaces and an EV charger are included for convenience. The surrounding garden and pool area provide a tranquil setting for both daytime lounging and evening gatherings. Inside, the ground floor features an open-plan living area with a fully equipped kitchen and dining space, along with a bathroom with a shower and washing machine. On the first floor, there are three bedrooms: two with double beds and one with two single beds, sharing a bathroom with a shower. One of the double bedrooms has a balcony overlooking the surrounding countryside. The villa is equipped with three air conditioning units: one in the poolside bedroom, one in the ground-floor living room, and one on the first floor. Pool heating must be confirmed at least 2 days in advance, and it applies only for the entire stay.
