The villa, built in 2018, is modern and luxuriously furnished. The property is located in a residential area, on the outskirts of the town. The domicile is also popular because of the view from the property of the sea and its sunny location. Available for exclusive use are: lawn, sunshade, sun lounger, garden shower, barbecue facilities, terrace and garden furniture. Bicycle storage, fitness room, sauna = Finnish sauna.
