Hillside Haven with Sauna and Scenic Country Views

Villa Llop is a charming house situated just outside Pollensa, built and decorated with great style. The location of the property is fantastic, perched on the side of a hillside with splendid views over the countryside. It is easy to forget that we are only a short drive, or even a bike ride, from the historic centre of Pollensa, where you will find a wide variety of shops, cafes and restaurants. The elegant driveway, lined with fruit trees, welcomes us to the parking area. From there we can access the property, which is distributed over two levels. Stairs lead up from the parking area to the garden and the annexe, which consists of two parts. The first part of the annexe has a double bedroom with beamed ceilings, elegant pastel painted walls and a bathroom with shower en-suite. Adjacent to the bedroom is the spacious living-dining room and a kitchen equipped with fridge-freezer, electric oven, ceramic hob and other kitchen utensils. The second part of the annexe consists of a double bedroom, a bathroom with shower and a living room with two comfortable sofas. There is a door that connects the two parts of the annexe, which can be opened and/or closed with a key if you wish, depending on the privacy you desire. Following the orography of the hill on which can Llop is situated, the main house is a little higher than the annexe. As soon as you enter, you will find a spacious living-dining room with fabulous views of the countryside. The walls are decorated with paintings hand painted by the owner of the house, a professional painter (please note that the walls are now white, and lack the landscape motifs seen in some of the photos). The kitchen is certainly modern and is also fully equipped with electric oven, microwave, oven, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, and washing machine. There are also two bedrooms (one double and one twin) which share a splendid bathroom with bath and shower. Outside there is a lovely terrace and a refreshing swimming pool. Next to the pool, there is a sauna that will delight the most demanding guests. In short, villa Llop is a superb house, located in a splendid setting, with wonderful views.
