Particularly noteworthy is the Karsiborska Kępa Bird Reserve on the island and the backwaters of the river called the Reverse Delta of Świna. Part of the island's territory has been covered by the borders of the Wolin National Park and is protected by the Natura 2000 program. Karsibór is a place visited by many anglers all year round, who play angling competitions here several times a year. In the nearby vicinity of the island are located seaside resorts such as Świnoujście, Międzyzdroje, and Wisełka. That's how our adventure began a few years ago - during one of our visits we decided to live here and start a family.
