Kitchen with fridge-freezer, ceramic hob, built-in oven, dishwasher, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, bread maker, etc. 2 bedrooms with dressing rooms, one of which has a view of the lake, with 180cm and 160cm beds. A mezzanine with a 160cm sofa bed suitable for 2 children. Bathroom with Italian-style shower, single sink unit, WC and hairdryer. Living room with sofa for 6 people, flat-screen TV, DVD player, decoder, Wi-Fi and access to Netflix. Living room with a table and 6 chairs. From the small village of Gaino, perched on the hills above Toscolano-Maderno, you'll find my house, with a breathtaking view of the lake to the front and a forest to the rear. From Toscolano-Maderno you can take the Traghetto (boat) with your vehicle to cross the lake in 20 minutes. You can also take the "Strada della Forra", especially if you have a motorbike or scooter. It's a magnificent 6km one-way road. The village of LIMONE is very picturesque. The house is situated at an altitude of 300m, with a breathtaking view of Lake Garda. House away from the noise, but 4 km from the centre of Toscolano-Maderno, 10 km from Salò. Sirmione is 40 km away. From the Traghetto boat at the port, you can cross Lake Garda in 20 minutes with your car to Torri del Benaco, then 10 minutes to Bardolino or Garda. Lake Idro and Lake Iseo are not far away. Verona is 1 hour's drive away and Valpolicella 50 minutes via the Traghetto. A fly boat can also take you to a number of towns, including Sirmione and Salò. Riva is 40 km away. The Bogliaco golf course is 5 km away, but there are 4 other golf courses within 35 km. The market takes place every Thursday morning. 2 supermarkets are in the town centre, 4 km away. Vespa hire is available at the port of Toscolano, opposite the "Traghetto". Venice is 180 km away, Bergamo 90 km. In winter, you're 2 hours from the ski slopes, and you can also go hiking on the "Monte Baldo" or take the panoramic cable car. The small town of Tignale has a fantastic view over the whole of Lake Garda.
