Your accommodation...Our beautiful, bright and spacious studio in Frechen / Cologne is ideal for business travelers, travelers, and families with children thanks to its good transport links, room layout and on-site facilities. Our charming apartment is located in the Bachem district, which is very quiet and mostly families live there. The forest is very close and the air quality is calculated. The building was built in 2017 and the apartment is divided into approx. 65sqm. In addition to a spacious, fully equipped kitchen and bathroom, you will find a large and cozy living room. Last renovation would be in 2024.
It has a fully equipped kitchen, with a Bosch stove and oven, a Miele washing machine and a Bosch dishwasher, TV. Bathroom, private veranda with table and chairs with its own BBQ. The studio has a king-size leather bed from Ruf Betten measuring 180 x 200 and a sofa bed, ideal for a family with 1-2 children. Bed linen and towels are included.
