Our house is located in a residential area on the outskirts of Heiligenhafen. The flat is located in a semi-detached house (upstairs). It is a 75 square metre flat on the 1st floor + attic. A separate sitting area in the garden can be used as a terrace and the landlord lives in the other half of the house. The pedestrian zone (the city centre) can be reached in about 15-20 minutes on foot and the beach is about 2000m away. The partly two-storey pier, which changes direction twice, stretches a whopping 435 metres out to sea! All year round, it offers a view of the sometimes calm and sometimes turbulent sea. - In good weather, holidaymakers and day trippers even have the opportunity to see as far as Fehmarn.
