Rental rates are based on 4 guests; each additional guest pays a surcharge per night. Utilities are included. The visitor’s tax is due before arrival.
Bedding, towels, and firewood can be ordered upon request for an additional fee.

The Mehler vacation home in Heiligenhafen offers approximately 80 m² of living space and can accommodate up to 6 people (4 adults and 2 children up to 14 years old) and is ideal for families, couples, and those seeking relaxation. Renovated in 2024, this end-of-row townhouse features modern amenities, a quiet location, and is just a short walk from the beach, harbor, and town center.
On the first floor and upper level, you’ll find a bright living area with a cozy sitting area, a smart TV (cable), free Wi-Fi, and access to the patio with patio furniture and a beach chair.
The fully equipped kitchen features an oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, coffee maker & additional pod machine, electric kettle, and toaster.
Three sleeping areas offer comfortable places to sleep:
1 bedroom with a double bed (160x200 cm) and an additional TV
1 bedroom with 2 single beds (100x200 cm)
1 bedroom with a sofa bed (160x200 cm)
The modern bathroom features a shower, toilet, sink, and mirror—there is also a separate guest restroom available.
Enjoy the garden with its patio, patio furniture, and beach chair—perfect for relaxing outdoors.
A lockable bike storage room, a parking space right next to the house, a ping-pong table, and window screens round out the amenities.
