The idyllically situated 2 ½ - room flat, with balcony and fireplace invites you to romantic and relaxing hours. South of Bremerhaven in a quiet location and well-kept natural outdoor area, it radiates a park-like flair. Spend a quiet and relaxing holiday for two, your loved one or a small group. The flat is on the upper floor and has a spacious open entrance area, (all rooms are lockable) and is well equipped. The kitchen is equipped with: Dishwasher, electric cooker, oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, toaster, kettle, Bedroom 1: with living room character and access to the balcony; fireplace, couch, armchair, double bed (also divisible) TV (cable connection) Bedroom 2: 2x single beds, TV, wardrobe, table Bedroom 3: 1x single bed, _ Bathroom/WC: daylight, washbasin, toilet, bidet, shower, hairdryer The large sunbathing lawn is a great place to relax and the squirrels make relaxing in the garden an experience (garden furniture and barbecue available) There is plenty for children to discover and space to play. For sports enthusiasts, the Loxstedt sports centre is nearby: - at the entrance to Loxstedt - coming from Nesse - a facility with a wide range of facilities. - numerous outdoor sports facilities, These include outdoor fitness equipment, a calisthenics facility, a multifunctional field for various ball sports, a skate park, beach volleyball courts, a hockey field, a boules court and a playground. Two sports and football pitches with natural grass and an artificial pitch that can be played on all year round. And a fitness centre with catering facilities. You can also go Nordic walking, canoeing and fishing. You can also observe the wildlife of the north. Our cosy house is located in the district of Hetthorn, with 95 inhabitants, where agriculture and horse breeding are very important. The location invites you to take eventful walks, beautiful footpaths and cycle paths start right outside the door, discover nature and enjoy the forest-like surroundings. Just like a long walk around/to Stoteler See can be a special day. Excursions to Bremerhaven, e.g. to the Climate House, Maritime Museum, German Emigration Centre (where the stories of real emigrants are told and research can be done on your own family), Zoo am Meer, Sailcity skyscraper and the fishing harbour are an experience for young and old. Round off the day with a shopping spree in the "Mein Outlet & Shopping Centre", Columbus Shopping Centre or Hanse Carrè. From here you can also quickly get to: -Wremen for windsurfing, -Dorum for crab eating or to Cuxhaven and experience and visit the "Alte Liebe", the Museum Windstärke, the Kugelbarke or for a great day at the beach Or go to the old towns of Bremen and Oldenburg.
