Easy parking, on the street, and only 500 metres from the beach of Riells, with fine sand, ideal for the youngest members of the family, you can easily go on foot, less than 10 minutes walking to the beach where you will find a variety of restaurants, bars, shops and leisure activities.
The flat is renovated and very well equipped. It has two bedrooms, a bathroom with shower, living-dining room and kitchen in the same room. It also has a magnificent equipped terrace, overlooking the communal area, with a table and chairs to enjoy outdoor meals.
In total the flat can sleep 4 people (1 double bed 140cm and 1 bunk bed).
