Where you live: Modern living in one of the best areas in the centre of Mallorca The finca Casa BINITAREF in the heart of Mallorca was built in a wonderfully sunny south-facing location surrounded by fields and meadows - simply ideal as a base for exploring the island or as a starting point for extensive cycling tours. The airport is only 35 minutes away. Sineu can be reached in 4 minutes. The property is also a great place to relax: Either cool off in the pool, play a game of volleyball or table tennis or simply enjoy doing nothing in one of the comfortable outdoor armchairs on the covered terrace or in our lounge area before rounding off the day around the campfire with friends or family in the evening. The nearest beach is just under 25 kilometres away.
How you live: Comfortable, bright accommodation awaits you on 130 m2 of living space with views of the fields and the Tramuntana mountains. On the ground floor there is a living room with access to the large covered terrace, a fully equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom with shower/bathtub. The terrace is furnished with a large table with 8 chairs and barbecue. On the upper floor there is a double bedroom with balcony and en-suite bathroom with shower/bathtub. The modern pool (8 x 4 m) with 6 sun loungers and 3 parasols is in front of the house. The 7,000 m2 plot is surrounded by trees and plants and enclosed by a typical Mallorcan stone wall. There is a pool with saltwater.
We provide bed linen, towels, shower towel and pool towel for each guest to use.
A table tennis table and a mobile volleyball net are available for sporting activities. The driveway offers parking spaces for several hire cars and you can lock your ferry bikes outside on one of the six holders provided for this purpose. From the pool lounger you can watch the children playing in the pool or enjoy a sun-downer in our lounge area before ending the day by the campfire in the evening.
Further services: Mallorca is an island for cyclists - and the finca is the perfect starting point. In addition to a floor pump, tools and a corner for cleaning your bikes are available. We can also organise bike hire on request. The entrance to Sineu is just 1000 metres away, so you can even walk to the supermarkets and restaurants. The village is a treasure trove of medieval architecture and boasts numerous charming streets. The numerous restaurants and bars and the oldest market on the island (always on Wednesdays) are not to be missed. Excursion tips for the centre of the island: The manor house "Els Calderes" near Sant Joan and the mountain "Bon Any" with viewing platform and sanctuary "Mare de Deu de Bonany" near Petra.
