The house is located in the holiday village Eckwarderhörne / Butjadingen and is situated in the second row on a 4.5 ha lake, which invites you to swim or paddle. On the other side of the house you have a view over meadows and fields. The North Sea dyke is only about 200 metres away. The house stands on a 350 square metre plot and is located at the very edge of the park in a cul-de-sac. A path begins at the end of the cul-de-sac, which invites you to take a walk around the lake or to the North Sea dyke.
