The Klein vacation home warmly welcomes you to rural Butjadingen and offers a cozy atmosphere for up to four people in its 45 m² of living space. Thanks to its location in close proximity to the sea, a freshwater lake, and the beach—each just a few minutes’ walk away—the vacation home is an ideal starting point for anyone seeking relaxation and nature experiences near the North Sea.
The single-story accommodation consists of a total of three rooms, including two bedrooms with laminate flooring and a cozy living room with a sofa area, armchair, and vinyl flooring. The house is completely smoke-free and equipped with child-friendly amenities, ensuring families can enjoy a pleasant stay. In addition to a high chair, a crib is available. Pets are also welcome by arrangement (maximum of one pet). The lockable, fenced-in property provides a safe environment for children and pets.
The open-concept living and dining area is equipped with a satellite TV (35–44 inches), a radio, and Wi-Fi (via LTE). A dining table is perfect for sharing meals together. Large windows provide pleasant natural light and offer a beautiful view of the well-maintained garden and the surrounding nature. All windows are equipped with privacy screens and fly screens.
The fully equipped kitchen leaves nothing to be desired: it is equipped with a ceramic cooktop, oven (electric), microwave, refrigerator and freezer (freezer compartment inside the refrigerator), electric kettle, toaster, coffee maker, dishes, silverware, and all kitchen utensils. Of course, a starter kit is also provided. A vacuum cleaner, clothes rack, and other household items are at your disposal.
The bathroom features a shower, sink, toilet, hair dryer, mirror, and an additional makeup mirror. Additional comforts include hot water, smoke detectors, and gas heating that reliably warms the house.
The furnished terrace, complete with privacy screening, a parasol, and a view of the garden, is perfect for relaxing outdoors. The fenced-in garden, which is approximately 100 m² in size, features a lawn for sunbathing, a charcoal grill, and patio furniture. A private parking space is available free of charge on the property.
The vacation resort offers a wide variety of recreational activities—from water sports such as swimming, fishing, surfing, and windsurfing, rowing, sailing, and boat trips to long bike rides, hikes, mini-golf, Nordic walking, or jogging. Paragliding, birdwatching, and trips to the nearby church or amusement park can also be easily arranged. Shopping is available about 2.5 km away, restaurants about 200 m away, and public transportation about one kilometer away. The lake is 20 meters away, the sea 300 meters away, and the beach about 700 meters away.
